We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

For custom items, please note that once the design is approved and the order is processed, we are unable to offer refunds or returns, as these products are made specifically for you. We work tirelessly with our customers on custom designs, providing proofs for your review and ensuring that your approval is final before production begins. Your approval is gold, and we will not move forward until you're completely satisfied with the design. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or issue with the product, please reach out to us, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

For non-custom products, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
